Help is a very broad term and can come in different forms. Seeking help does not mean that we are useless or we are incapable. Sometimes, we just need a little push, guidance, or assurance. Help can happen in the form of

I know by personal experience that, it is hard. This is very hard if you don't have strength to get up, if you feel like crying very easily, if you don't know a lot of people, if you don't even have people you trust in another country, if you are worried how people will judge you, if you are worried about your status as an international student. WE HAVE TO TRY. If we don't try, it is very likely that we are allowing "it" to swallow us or defeat us. This "it" here is up to your own interpretation: depression, anxiety, worry about jobs, unfair treatment as an international person, unfair treatment or bad experiences as a racialized person, we have to try.
